Ratarykov is one of the 6 agents sent to cripple Border's offensive power. During the invasion, he uses an unknown trigger to guide Gatlin and Wen Sō through walls toward the Expedition Ship.
When they are intercepted by the top 4 Attackers, he uses Despinis in conjunction with Gatlin's Vasilissa to attack their foes. He is locked in a one-on-one battle with Kazama, and ends up losing. He retreats alongside Gatlin. Back to the ship, he comments on Meeden's too perfect countermeasures, but he is interrupted before he can share his conclusion.
