Raygust[]

Raygust Users
A-Rank
Reiji Kizaki

Reiji is proficient with all modes of Raygust.[citation needed] He can use it both offensively and defensively.[citation needed] With his strength, he can overcome its heaviness to make effective attacks.[citation needed] By combining Raygust in Blade Mode with Thruster and shrinking its size, he can also launch a powerful ranged attack.[1]
Yukimaru Ichijō
B-Rank
Osamu Mikumo

Osamu utilizes Thruster chiefly to increase the speed of his slashes with Raygust,[2] as well as to rapidly close in on the opponent.[3] He is also capable of using it to dodge,[4] throw Raygust in Blade Mode at the enemy[5] and to push an opponent in a favorable position with his Attacker Trigger in Shield Mode.[6] Osamu was first seen using Thruster in Chapter 12 (Episode 6 in the anime).
Kō Murakami

Murakami is a very prolific Raygust user. He generally sets it to Shield Mode for its high durability, but on occasion he will switch to Blade Mode, often in conjunction with Thruster. His guard is difficult to break even for more skilled Attackers[7] and multiple opponents.[8] He can close in on the enemy and parry with his shield and only move it aside after unleashing his own attack,[9] barely exposing himself even when the swing forces him to show his back to the opponent.[10] He can also angle the shield to disperse part of the power of attacks too powerful to tank head-on,[11] and has recently learned to protect both himself and his captain at the same time.[12] The shield is also useful to create distance between Murakami and his opponent,[13] By morphing it, he can trap the opponent's blade to unbalance them[14] or pin the opponent themselves to a surface,[15] so as to follow up with a critical Kogetsu slash while they are vulnerable. He also shapeshifts Raygust in Blade Mode to better throw it.[16][17] Murakami is first seen using Raygust in Chapter 44 (Episode 22 in the anime).
Temporary/Former Users
Yūma Kuga
Yuma Raygust

Yūma temporarily used Raygust via borrowing Osamu's Trainer Trigger to cover up his aftermath trails.[citation needed] He alters its shape into a single-edged sword with a hook-shaped tip.[citation needed] Having higher Trion levels than Osamu, Yūma was able to draw more power from it and swiftly defeat a Marmod.[citation needed]

Thruster[]

Thruster Users
A-Rank
Reiji Kizaki
Kizaki Thruster1

Reiji is capable of utilizing Thruster in a completely unconventional way. By holding Raygust's handle, he uses Thruster to propel his fist,[18] generating enough force to send a Rabbit flying several meters[19] and break through Lampyris's shield while also damaging Hyuse's trion body.[20] He can use two at the same time, one in each hand. His fighting style in this case makes him very similar to a boxer. He focuses on strikes with the full weight of the body behind them. He has also used Thruster to launch Raygust in Blade Mode at a distant target.[1]

Kō Murakami

Murakami is a versatile Raygust user. He primarily utilizes it in conjunction with Raygust in Shield Mode to ram the opponent, throwing them off balance and pushing them back.[21] He can also use it to launch the shield at his opponent as a mobile barrier[22] and propel himself to accelerate and change direction even in mid-air.[23] By using Raygust in Blade Mode, he can also activate Thruster to make his slashes faster and more powerful,[24] as well as to shoot the blade at a distant target.[16] Murakami first uses Thruster in chapter 99 (episode 45 in the anime).
